WHAT 

The National Home Builders Association (NAHB) International Builders’ Show (IBS), a premier event that connects, educates and improves the residential construction industry, brings together more than 76,000 professionals to create a hub for new product launches, construction demos, industry thought leadership sessions, workshops, panel discussions, and industry conversations. The 2025 event takes place February 25-27 in Las Vegas and offers attendees nearly 150 education opportunities, including pre-show courses, building knowledge and super sessions, learning labs, and game changer presentations.

  • Education Session – Best Practices for Profitability in Today’s Market
    This program addresses the detrimental effects of operating in silos, failing to close the feedback loop and lacking visibility into operations can have, offering actionable steps to apply to better manage projects and improve profitability.
