REDMOND, Ore.– The 33rd Annual Spring Home & Garden Show, hosted by the Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA), wrapped up its three-day run at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center in Redmond. The event drew thousands, offering free admission and parking.
