Rishi Sunak praised ‘talented’ girl guides for decorating a care home garden with colourful hubcaps.
The 1st Northallerton Guides quartet developed their designs over winter, donating the recycled hubcaps to Kensington Care Home.
Mr Sunak, MP for Richmond and Northallerton, visited the home to thank the girls.

He said: “Residents and staff are really enjoying their new decorations and it’s great to see the Guides getting involved in such a valuable community project.”
Guide leader Dot Samon added: “The girls loved using their artistic skills to find a new life for these hubcaps.”
